(was -private-) “sleepless nights”

Spring insomnia has me in it’s grip.   I’ve been awake for 35 hours now, which is not good.   I think this might be a side effect of the new diet and exercise regimen, but I’m not sure.    I also had a great talk about philosophy with a woman at the gym today in the sauna, and it’s got my mind spinning a bit.
